Refund policy

• Upon the arrival of the returned item at one of our facilities, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-20 business days.
• Should an item arrive damaged, broken, or present any other issues, please promptly inform us at contact@nach-vorn.com, and we will guide you through the necessary procedures.
• Please ensure that all items being returned are in unused condition and arrive at our warehouse undamaged, with their original packaging intact. Kindly keep this requirement in mind when repackaging any returns.
• FREE Returns across the Continental USA and Canada.
• A small Restocking Fee applies to orders delivered outside USA and Canada. Please email contact@nach-vorn.com to determine the return fee.
